You are absurd.
Jim, thanks for the answer.
Alright. Stop brown nosing for Jim and posting about that stupid torrent. I wonder if you bought the book yourself.
Show your gratitude, pay the Man.
Next time try posting outside of the quote, stupid.
Two books, and I don’t have to ask obtuse questions.
You stole a $9.99 book, you mama’s boy.
You don’t understand what stealing is. And the fact that you don’t ask questions doesn’t make you any smarter
So what exactly is your definition of stealing here?
Because from where I’m sitting it looks like you’ve taken a man’s ideas and hard work (by torrenting it) and not given him his expected compensation (payment). How is that not stealing?

Maybe, just maybe you’ve gone too far with your creatine usage…

I snort this shit. This is piracy. What is not stealing.
First world problems again.
After i started the 3 month BBB challenge my legs got a lot bigger. A LOT.
Upper body seems not to grow at the same rate. I think i look disproportionate now.
Is high volume assistance work supposed to do more for hypertrophy than 5/3/1 work?
If so, i will move my upper body high volume days closer to beginning of the week.
Is eat more on the lower body day than on the upper body day have influence on lower body growing bigger? Or calories only make a difference in weekly perspective?
Would doing 6x10 on upper body assistance or 4x10 on lower body assistance help?
Simply begjn pumping creatine into your cawk and your pecs will inflate. Think of it like the effect of pumping a tire. I would recommend BCAA suppositories as well, but you’re probably too inexperienced for that at this point. You’ll get there one day, man! Hang in!

I already do that. Also tried injecting it to my pecs, delts, lats, but it didn’t help.
Now, serious answers please.

You started the challenge a month ago. How much bigger did your legs get, 5 inches? How much bigger did your upper body get, 2 inches? I guess when your programming is perfect you can grow that much in a month…

If you read the file that you torrented, focusing your efforts or worries more on assistance work is majoring in the minors. It’s assistance work.
Progressively following the play outlined in 5/3/1, focusing on the compound lifts and progression thereof, along with eating “big,” will facilitate growth. Assistance work is just that - assistance work.

Try injecting into your vagina, mamas boy. Serious!

I understand this, I ripped my skinny jeans bowling, yesterday, because the of the leg gainz. I think the gainz fairy does this to counter the chicken-leg-mirror-muscle-lifters. Damn

Everyone’s body is different, I feel my body is on the Aztec Calendar, therefor, what would be a 13 days 6 hours 26 minutes is how long I fast. then eat for roughly the equivalent of 1 day 17 minutes and 29 seconds without ceasing. It’s difficult, but I’m all about the gainz.
Damn, I decided to stop by Jim’s forum to see what’s going on and reading through some of this reminds me of me running this a couple years ago. All the ADHD of wanting to change things around and progress faster. At first glance, I don’t know how Jim puts up with this everyday answering the same questions over and over and over for years but then again it is his job. I appreciate the way he puts up with it and continues to help you guys though. He reminds me of my old high school wrestling coach the way the kids fuck around and ask dumb questions after he’s already answered them but he always has the patience to help. It’s entertaining and at the same time it’s good to see you guys having fun with this stuff.
The BBB 3-month challenge was probably the best thing I liked about 5/3/1 because it built the foundation for strength. It took me awhile to really learn that volume is that important. If I ever ran it again I would always run the BBB 3-month challenge as a volume phase and transition to the normal 5/3/1 for the strength building phase. Once a reset for all three lifts is needed, repeat with the 3-month challenge to build the base again. Volume is important no matter whether you’re focused on mass gain, weight loss or strength.
In terms of recovery, the biggest thing to remember is that bar speed is actually important. Grinding through work sets shouldn’t be used all the time - really leave a rep or two in the tank unless it’s a PR. Sleep at least 7 hours a night.
Lol what a bunch of smartasses. Brownnose, why are you calling me a mamma’s boy? Where did you get an idea that i’m a some kind of pussy? At lest you could learn how to insult well.

Pretty sure it has something to do with your writing here that makes it painfully obvious…

A thief is always a pussy, thats you. A boy that will not admit and correct his mistakes a mamas boy or if you prefer a punk, once again you.
You have no integrity, and without it you will never be truly strong. You will spend your life asking why and blaming others.
A barbell and creatine will never give you what you need, you are missing the basics of what men are made of.

I am a pussy because i asked questions about details of the routine?
You sir are mentally challenged

It’s kinda like stealing a computer and then asking the owner to show you how to use it
If i have to split set of 3 reps to set of 2 and 1 for example, is it time to reset already?
This routine is awesome, do not hesitate to try it out. I gained 10lbs of mass, even got leaner. Didn’t tested 1RM’s yet but they’re obviously increased
creatinejunkie wrote:

It’s a 3 month challenge, how have you stalled already?
Generally, reset before you need to, not when you’ve gone to the point of missing reps
2a) this is a challenge. That means it’s challenging - a time to push your limits. Toughen up and finish the set. It should be doable if you’re following the programming. Reset afterwards.
Have you managed to source 10 bucks in the 2 months+ you’ve been doing this? It’s less than finding 15c per day. Can’t find enough value in your results to sacrifice a grand 15c per day over the course of the program for something you describe as
