Is it time to reset if i have to split my set of 3 to set of 2 1? And if i can’t do my accessory work anymore?
1. It’s a 3 month challenge, how have you stalled already?
  2. Generally, reset before you need to, not when you’ve gone to the point of missing reps
2a) this is a challenge. That means it’s challenging - a time to push your limits. Toughen up and finish the set. It should be doable if you’re following the programming. Reset afterwards.
  3. Have you managed to source 10 bucks in the 2 months+ you’ve been doing this? It’s less than finding 15c per day. Can’t find enough value in your results to sacrifice a grand 15c per day over the course of the program for something you describe as

This routine is awesome, do not hesitate to try it out. I gained 10lbs of mass, even got leaner. Didn’t tested 1RM’s yet but they’re obviously increased
I’m not sure if i stalled, maybe it was just a bad day, but military press went not well. I push my limits every day, this time bar just didn’t move higher than my neck.

i don’t get what do you mean about the 3)

When there is doubt, there… Naah you already obviously know the rest.

First world problems again.
After i started the 3 month BBB challenge my legs got a lot bigger. A LOT.
Upper body seems not to grow at the same rate. I think i look disproportionate now.

  1. Is high volume assistance work supposed to do more for hypertrophy than 5/3/1 work?
If so, i will move my upper body high volume days closer to beginning of the week.
  2. Is eat more on the lower body day than on the upper body day have influence on lower body growing bigger? Or calories only make a difference in weekly perspective?
  3. Would doing 6x10 on upper body assistance or 4x10 on lower body assistance help?

You’re the worst.

Try to find even older post of mine, genius

What did guys do in the 50s,60s,70’s, & 80s with all this? Trial and error. There were no forums, nothing was instant, and besides tracking down the author or writing directly to him, they figured stuff out. And got stronger (not just physically) in the process. Close the computer screen and work.
