Basketball Strength Program

hi everyone! i’m an absolute beginner in weight lifting. I’m about to start HST and Air Alert next week. I’m not sure if this will be ok. But i would like to know if any of you know a workout routine for overall basketball strenth? pls. post it :slight_smile:

My suggestion is to get a good base down first and then get a more sport specific program. Start your Olympic lifting practice now, so that when you’re ready to commit in a year or so you can just jump right into them.
Finally, be sure to focus on core work, as this was the weakest point for every bball player I worked with.

is HST + Air Alert a good start?
