hi everyone! i’m an absolute beginner in weight lifting. I’m about to start HST and Air Alert next week. I’m not sure if this will be ok. But i would like to know if any of you know a workout routine for overall basketball strenth? pls. post it

My suggestion is to get a good base down first and then get a more sport specific program. Start your Olympic lifting practice now, so that when you’re ready to commit in a year or so you can just jump right into them.
Finally, be sure to focus on core work, as this was the weakest point for every bball player I worked with.
