I’m not cut out for a commercial gym. Bars were slick as snot and kinda fat so pretty happy with those 2 PR’s. Imagine a preworkout/fat loss product and the main ingredients are adderall and caffeine. Your workouts would be incredible and you wouldn’t be hungry all day. Increased my macros to 220 protein and 450 carb while leaving fat at 60
