You guys are gonna think I’m crazy but there’s a 60 year old man at my gym who’s a former state powerlifting champ in 198 and 220 class, just stupid strong and well built and his son works at a nearby athletic training center. They focus on movement prep and stuff like that so he gets all the programming sent right to him everyday and he does it. I figured what the hell who doesn’t wanna be quick and jump high so I tried it out today and actually really liked it. It’s focused on core strength, one leg strength, and flexibility. I’m gonna do it Monday and Wednesday. On Tuesday will be upper body push, Thursday upper body pull, Friday arms, Saturday 5/3/1 squat. On Mondays and Wednesdays back and shoulders/tris are hit slightly with TRX rows, push-ups of all kinds etc etc BRING ON THE FLAME
