I liked it a lot and still am sticking with it! I can’t really give it a fair evaluation tho cause this is my 20th week but 15 of those weeks were on a calorie deficit.

We won a 3 on 3 today/tonight, went 5-1. Came home and weighed 191 so idk how tmrw is gonna go…probably nothing an extra caffeine tablet can’t fix

First just saying what’s up since you where in my log earlier.
Second all those squats are looking good! Even the 365 miss has a lot of positives. Good depth, good speed out of the hole. Get that one out of your head and you can definitely hit 365 next time. Hell you could probably hit it next week.

Yeah man don’t think about the miss. But it was odd, I really thought you had blasted past what’s usually the sticking point , for me at least. It honestly looked like you just needed to push your hips through and you would have had it. Give it a bit and you’ll definitely hit the 365 easy.
Need practice in the wraps… they look very loose, doesnt look like youre getting much of anything out them… also cant tell how you wrap but they lookv very bunched up which is not helping
Other than that I would say dont worry about it. Youve been cutting and havent taken any heavy attempts in awhile… Happens. Put some more heavy work in and youll have that no problem

Must be nice to have leagues. I have just been playing pick-up games which can be very hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great. Other times no one is in the gym or worse yet the gym is too crowded and you have to wait 60 min to play a 15 min game. At least when no one is there you can shoot around.

True you need to be taking time to build. You never get anywhere if you are always testing, but you can set new maxes with jokers on 5/3/1. I see you are running 5/3/1 for the squat. Don’t force it, but if you are feeling it some day cap your PR set and get some heavy work in.
