BW squat, put elbows on inside of knees, hands together, push knees apart.

This for sure. I like a little shifting side to side and circle motions with my hips as well. Loosens me up so much.

I try and do this everyday for a minute per day

Looks like a solid depth to me man. You could bury it I suppose but I wouldn’t worry about it.

If you wanna make it worse, add a kettlebell/dumbbell in goblet position. Adds some weight to the stretch making it more intense

Dude, that was solid depth. Great job.

Thanks for the depth opinions. This next week is a deload then gonna work up to a 1RM on Saturday on squats.

I ran across your RMP post earlier today.

Had a simple, dumb question. What are you trying to accomplish with your lifting?

Obviously to look good for the wimmenz. But beyond that? Do you want to be competitive on the physique side of things? Or are you more interested in “pure strength”? Or something else?

I occasionally skim over my own log, and for as much as I’ve gone back and forth, the thing that always seemed to stick out when reevaluating my goals was that I want to just be awesome with overhead lifts. Now that I’m seriously pursuing that 230x8 axle clean and press goal, everything just feels “right”.

So I mean, obviously you’re working on the bigger, stronger, leaner… but where do you want to go with it?

As others have said you definitely broke perpendicular on that squat.

Ya like you said, I’m 20 years old I like/want being able to take off my shirt around famales and looking average. Overall I would say…

  1. Look like I lift…take that how you want too.
  2. I play alot of basketball and I like being a physical guard so strength is a priority but so is being able to move.
  3. I never plan on competing…maybe a powerlifting meet if I felt like I could go and not embarrass myself.
