If you look at weight moved, its not bad.
I have been training for 2.5 years now, and if I took my max right now I would be good for approximately 300-330…so bodyweight plus 80???

Wait till I bust out a 365 in a couple weeks
Just got Paul Carter’s BBM, gave it a read last night. Was cool, definitely a different approach to training than I’m used too. May give it a try in the near future. And advice on the set-up in there you like the best? I’m not a huge fan of the lack frequency, but otherwise it’s got some interesting concepts.
