Since everyone is talking about diet here is what I ate today…
Breakfast:
2 low fat waffles
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1 cup 1 percent milk
1 scoop protein

Snack
Chocolate peanut butter cliff bar

Lunch
7 oz chicken

Preworkout
16 trolli eggs

Supper
9 oz sirloin
2 cups of diced potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter
1 raspberry donut/roll thingy

Snack
1 chocolate rice cake
2 tbl peanut butter

See thats what I couldnt handle its like picking at food like a bird all day rather than just sitting down for a few good whole quality meals which makes me feel better overall IMO

I’m not going to say that your name is acceptable…but I’m also not gonna say it’s not acceptable.

I don’t know if it’s just in my head or what but I have a REALLY hard time staying with my macros the day after a refeed…down goes an extra rice cake, bbq chips, and a huge slice of cheesecake.
