Thanks…I figured if I’m not gonna move any weight I might as well be not fat
just wanted to stop by and tell you you’ve got the best title for a log I’ve ever seen! Good work
Woke up this morning at 184…this was severely dehydrated after a long night of drinking but still.

Thanks man, stop by more often.
Compared my recent pics from yesterday to the ones almost exactly 2 months ago on the first page in this log and extremely happy with the progress that is shown.

Nice work brother. I posted that squat stuff in my log… I’ve must have written it 6 times on here and its been deleted for some reason every time. Hopefully it is there to stay this time!

Thanks I think it’s just the lighting
Looking great dude. Only suggestion physique wise I can give is maybe hit back width a bit more. While thickness seems to develop well with heavy rows and DL’s, width comes from a lot more MMC, constant tension style lifting, as least that was my case.
MM pose looks exceptionally good btw.

Couldn’t agree more…I feel like with my longer torso back width and chest thickness will always be a weakness but I’ll keep hammering them and delts.

Barbell lifts felt good, dumbbell lifts not so much. Overall a solid lift for having allergies and weighing a little less than normal. I’m not looking forward to front squats tomorrow.
Solid incline man. That’s some csulli-esque pressing volume.
