Diet update: Reverse is going well, up to 200 protein 225 carb and 60 fat today with 1 refeed day if I feel like it every week at 200 protein 400 carb and 40 fat. I feel like I look a bit more “puffy” but I still wake up everyday around 190-192. I think I have to train early morning tomorrow because I have a big work day and the whole family is going to a baseball game at 7. I might post some pics tonight. Until then…toot a lu motha fuckaaas

Chins are way harder when yer b.w is 225 ish lol. Every one seems weighted! Nice work on those. Thats allot of reps. I get some decent back work out of them and sometimes my rear delts are blown! Normal? Only when I pause at the top do my bis get destroyed…

I think chobbs just refers to any “pulling your chin over a bar” a chin up, and so regular is just a ‘pull-up’ and ‘reverse grip’ is just a chin-up. I often times right ‘weighted chins’ in my log but they are technically ‘pull-ups’ I guess (hands facing forward). Idk why

Hmm yeah… I just took it as …chin. meaning double supination. Good question. Maybe it was mixed grip .lmao

240x3 paused big PR…I was only planning on doing 1 like normal until midway thru the first rep. I’m pretty sure this is a 3RM for any type of pressing movement including regular grip tng. I knew I should of video tapes this because everything was moving really quickly.

Rack pulls with a double micro band…didn’t have my bigger ones… Bar was 3 inches below knee cap…the bottom of the plates were about 5-6 Inches from the floor, all you white guys should know how long that is
