Back Squat Mobility

Anyone have good exercises or resources for back squat mobility. I have not been able to hold a bar in the back squat position in many years.

I used bands dislocates with some limited success but not enough for a good training effect.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The broomstick stretch seems to be pretty close to a cure-all for shoulder health (i assume this is the mobility issue you have).

Also, consider using a safety squat bar or buffalo bar. At a certain point, a lot of lifters start having issues holding the back squat… the buffalo bar was made for this (and other reasons).
