Shoulder Pain with Barbell Squat

I had some shoulder reconstruction a year ago and I am still having trouble getting under the bar during barbell back squats without a lot of pain in my shoulder. I just cannot get the external rotation to get the bar low on my traps. I know that there are a lot of other exercises I could do to simulate the same muscles but I love to squat.

Does anyone know of some shoulder mobility or something I can do to loosen it up prior to doing squats? Even something I could do at home to increase the flexibility would be great.

Awesome. Thank you so much. I saw an exercise similar to that external rotation one but using a doorway. Using the band is going to be much more beneficial I think so I can kind of manipulate it to get the maximum stretch and hopefully improve flexibility.
