Article With a Powerlifting Program

Hey, there was an article on here a little bit ago that had a powerlifting prgram in it.  It would focus on one of the 3 lifts for a whole week, then move onto the next the following week, I think it had you working out 5 days a week.  This sound familiar to anyone, I couldn't find the article?
