I haven’t been around in a while but the other day I remembered a program that I wanted to read again and now I can’t seem to find it.
From what I remember it was a Twice Per Week program, I think it was by Dan John but I’m not sure.
The basics of it were:
1.
Bench 3x10
Squat 3x10
+accessory
Bench 3x10
Deadlift 3x10
+accessory
I think there was also a progression of only using 25lbs and 45lbs plates, but that might have been a separate article, not sure.
Ringing any bells for anyone?
