i remember an article on here that was a soviet or bulgarina program that lasted 6 weeks.
there was 2 programs in this article. One where u did a lift 3 x a week. the other one 2x a week.
the percentages,reps, and sets were listed in yellow and blue tables.
does anyone have this saved or have a link to it? i could’nt find it in a search.

Other than that I dont know man there are so Many that wopuld fit your scheme there. An author would help then you could search by author.
Could be things such as “From Russia With Love” etc… Do a search I guess.
