Help Finding Program/Article

I remember seeing a program somewhere on here but can’t find it now. It was laid out something like:
Week 1: Triples @ 80%, as many sets as possible in 20 minutes
Week 2: Doubles @ 85%, as many as possible in 20 minutes
Week 3: Singles @ 90%, as many as possible in 20 minutes

This was the setup for the main lift, don’t remember much else, but want to find it again.

I remember CT writing an article or program saying 1)ramp to a 1rm 2)90%x1 3) 85%x1 4)80%x1 5) 80%x20 as fast as possible. That’s all I can correlate to your question.
