anyone cut well with just OVER 100g carbs?

I’m curiouso how many people out there have found they burn fat preferentially by avoiding the ketogenic zone of less than 100-120 grams of carbs? DiPasquale, Serrano and Alessi believe that the body burns fat preferentially when carbs get lower than 100, but I switched to just above 100 (very low GI except after workouts) when I came off my ketogenic diet and I got leaner as I increased my calorie intake and workout load. I’m wondering whether some physiologies out there don’t like ketones too much but can burn fat efficiently when the carbs are low. Brian

To answer your question, yes, I have had successful cut cycles with just over 100g carbs.

I cut better b/t 150-225 grams of carbs

I cut better by staying right under maintenance and eating around 150-180 carbs. I consider myself somewhat sensitive to carbs but when I drop them too low I don’t have any energy.
