I remeber bill phillips saying he use to diet by eating 200gr. of pro. and 100gr. or less of carbs, don’t remember how much fat he allowed.
is this method of ketosis good for fat loss?
would it sustain my workouts?
and if it is a decent way, how do i contruct my protein and fat intake around the 100 gr. of carbs.
i’m a kickboxer who needs to lose fat but need carbs for my workouts.
any help would be great.
