Not wanting to be a dick but can’t you use a calculator or excel? Excel will let you just plug in your numbers and prin the answers in a different cell for you, a calculator will require you to write down the answers.
You’re actually 2 grams short on your fat lol. 206 x 18 x .6 / 9 = 247.2. And it IS a lot of fat, but that’s what makes AD work. At least I’m hoping so. I’m on day 3 of the induction phase myself. And btw, I’ve had no problem getting in the fat. Between all the meat, eggs, and EVOO it’s pretty easy. Good luck!

Yes, I know people that have simply taken 2 scoops of protein powder and a fiber supplement like psyllium husks, then prepare and eat a meal. If you’re on campus all day and have a lunch packed just start by eating the fruit or veggie first.
