A Good Back Workout Today

Well, I plan to stop posting on this thread now. Come competition time in June, I hope to be a bit more developed, gotta stay realistic I can’t do much more by then, 5 lbs of lean mass by then would be excellent. 5 lbs is certainly realistic based on all of the food restriction with which I’ve been experimenting lately. Very few carbs, very little meat. I may be back later to set straight some of y’all’s constructive criticism.

For the record, I never said I was awesome, just pretty strong and developed for someone who’s under 3 years training. When I started a few winters ago, I was under 130 lbs. In these pics the past few days, I range from 150-155. I know from experience that a few days of starch and meat will pack on at least 10 lbs of water/energy storage as a rebound effect. Combine that with SURGE, MAG-10, and ANACONDA, and I’ll be progressing like a beginner. I plan to do well in the spring as an amateur natural lightweight, is that delusional? I think not.

Well, although it is true you ARE a fine character around here, I didn’t think it fair to compare you to THAT motley crew.

You’re pretty strong and developed compared to someone under three years old.

I may actually continue this as my own training log, however, any time I’ve ever kept a training log, I couldn’t make sense of it.
