can do pull-ups with 65 pounds added on to my belt.

If you happen to smoke it on the weekends 1-2 days only, Does that Effect My Body in Building more Muscle?
Im not trying to get super huge, IN FACT I just want to get up to
190 Pounds of Lean Muscle and maintain my shape at That state of muscle mass and weight.
Im at 168 right now.
PLEASE dont give me crap, I know i shouldn’t even try it in the 1st place, and Im going to quit it if I feel like it, depends on how much it effects my Bodybuilding as My Body is more important then getting high on the weekends
(( I do it Just because it feels good , I seem to be more social as Im really a shy guy around people ))
anyway I have only done this weekend smoking for about 45 days so far.
got high 18 times so far in total. Yes thats it.
—WHAT I FEEL Different since I started smoking ( only weed no other drugs )
– I feeel way more relaxed around people, talk more.
–I feel better when Im SORE cuz weed relaxes your muscles.
–Only bad thing I feel is that my throat hurts, cuz I probably burnt it with the smoke, ( BIG HITS )
–and thats all I can think of. I still go to school and I still workout like always ( 4 days a week )
–Still working too ( I sell electronics ) Make 2G’s a Month on average.
Shoot some info my Way guys, I know you guys know more then me a 20 Year old guy.
