I think a 195 strict press for someone who is less than 160lb is really strong. A sub 200 strict press would equal out to a 330-340 bench press which is pretty fucking strong for a guy who’s a buck 60. With that said I highly doubt OP has a 195 strict press. Sorry this bothered me so much. I am a press whore. Carry on.
It’s not a strict press. He said clean and jerk. I strict press more than he clean and jerks. If someone who only strict presses 195 in benching in the range of 330-340, that person needs to work on his/her strict press.

Did you start smoking pot after you read “Buzzed”, or did you buy the book to try and justify your pot smoking.

The reason why people are giving you shit is because your level of development does not match your ego and behavior. Your workout may not be bad (not gonna comment on it) but the way you come across implies that you expect people to take you for some sort of authority on the topic of bodybuilding. Considering you are such a light weight and a relative novice, this kind of attitude is offensive to a lot of people more developed than you. Would you, in real life (say in the gym), actually talk this way to people much bigger and more experienced than you? Or would you shut up and listen?
People will be much more inclined to give you respect on ANYTHING you say if you are very well developed (because it proves that what you say has merit). That is simply how the bodybuilding game works.
Hungryformore gave you great advice. Use it.
I would want some advice from those guys, but sadly, they aren’t at any of the gyms to which i go.
And sadly, when someone bigger and stronger than you tried to give you some criticism, ( Hungry ), your reply was “fuck off”. It doesn’t matter if it was negative criticism or whatever, if you came here looking for people to give you advice, you should have known people were going to say what was wrong with what you were doing, instead of saying only “positive” things, which is what I think you’re looking for. No, people won’t brush up your spoiled little ego, nobody here will do that, and if you’re looking to learn and grow you should listen to negative criticism, not “positive” shit like “looking great brah”. If you can’t take the heat, get out of the fucking kitchen.
Considering your reply to Hungry, I doubt any really experienced lifter on this board will even bother to type 3 words of advice to you, since you like to tell people to “fuck off”. Nice going.

At first this shit was funny, now it’s just sad.
You know why I’m not a big name round here? Because I ain’t big or strong enough to be (stronger than you however) therefore I read, shut the fuck up and try to learn; honestly the best advise I can give you is to do the same.
this is a good board with some very knowledgeable people. Why don’t you let them be the teachers and you be the student?
Or you can just tell me to fuck off like you did to H4M

LOL… I smoked a fuckton of pot in highschool. I also smoked cigarettes.
I quit both around the same time (maybe had a couple pot hits within the next couple years after). This was almost 20 years ago.
To this day, when I smell pot I say “Oh, pot, that’s nice”.
When someone lights a cigarette, I WANT ONE.
