A Good Back Workout Today

@countingbeans: Well, if he is an elite powerlifter, he better fucking be stronger than me, I’m just a lightweight novice natural bodybuilder. It’s heavy for me, heavy is only relative to yourself and your current strength level at that given time. 245 was not that heavy for me when I could do 305. I could do 245 for 10 reps at that time. Now, I’ve been working on BB, and 255 is heavy for me right now. I estimate my max at 275. This makes 245 heavy.

@SSC: If my attitude comes across as shitty, it’s because I’m responding to people who had nothing but negativity. I didn’t make a thread about me, I made a thread about a good work out. I don’t believe that you genuinely wish me luck. This isn’t a training log, I actually went back to the gym last night, if it were a training log, I would have posted that workout along with probably some diet and supplementation.

Real advice for you…

Ask the mods to have this thread moved to the Training Logs section. Most posters will forget about this and people there might actually help you. Best of luck with your lightweight novice natural bodybuilding goals in 2011.

Oh and…

Awesome pics. Great size. Looking thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin’ huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Lol, okay, you’re totally right. I’m sitting here praying to Jehova that you brake your legs and can never lift again. Is that what you want to hear?

As far as calling trolls go, doesn’t seem to be the case. The interior decor of the place is consistent through all pictures.

I’m done with this now, you’re a tool.

You are obviously holding way too much sodium here, otherwise you would look huger. Work on that

you do realize he will take this post seriously lol?

The reason why people are giving you shit is because your level of development does not match your ego and behavior. Your workout may not be bad (not gonna comment on it) but the way you come across implies that you expect people to take you for some sort of authority on the topic of bodybuilding. Considering you are such a light weight and a relative novice, this kind of attitude is offensive to a lot of people more developed than you. Would you, in real life (say in the gym), actually talk this way to people much bigger and more experienced than you? Or would you shut up and listen?

People will be much more inclined to give you respect on ANYTHING you say if you are very well developed (because it proves that what you say has merit). That is simply how the bodybuilding game works.

Hungryformore gave you great advice. Use it.

Well, it could still be someone else in those pics even though they are consistent. You’re probably right though.

I am completely seriously. At a minimum, I’m seriously about the first part.

Yep that was my gut reaction as well, right down to stealing the pics off /fit/.

please, continue.

Funny, having 5 people come to my defense before I’ve had a chance to check in on this lollercoatser of a thread.

OP, I really do try to be cordial when it’s due, but in your case it is not. You’re delusional at best, and more likely just a completely ungrateful cocky douche-bag. Try coming back when you’re open to constructive criticism. Your attitude is of more concern to me than your numbers or your “omg amazing ATG core activation super-awesome squats”.

I would want some advice from those guys, but sadly, they aren’t at any of the gyms to which i go.

Those pics are me. Should I upload my drivers license which has the same name as my screen name? Or did I steal some guys drivers license and make a screen name of it.

3a. top partial bulgarian split squat(8 reps)

4a. back squat(olympic style, full rom way past parallel)

Yeah, I know heavy lifting goes last. shut the fuck up
If this is in lbs… and not kg… i dont think i have EVER seen ANYONE brag/post/dare-speak-of ending a leg workout w/ 3x245 on backsquat. Most the dudes around here take shits heavier than that. get to ATLEAST 3 plates before posting “good leg workout”, k thnx.

OP… Post your next pic with you holding a shoe that way you can shut up all these haters who don’t appreciate your level of development and extreme aesthetics.

Show em what’s really good, hoss

Least I can do seeing as you need a phone book to see over the steering wheel.
gregron wrote:
LOL @ a 305 squat and a 195 C&P being considered “very strong”

you’re going to do great on this site OP. Keep it up!
I think a 195 strict press for someone who is less than 160lb is really strong. A sub 200 strict press would equal out to a 330-340 bench press which is pretty fucking strong for a guy who’s a buck 60. With that said I highly doubt OP has a 195 strict press. Sorry this bothered me so much. I am a press whore. Carry on.
