so your telling me that if you go to the gym everyday and you see the same kid almost barely bench pressing 200 pounds everyday for 30 days and still not really getting it then on the 31st day trying to bench press 400 and having the bar almost kill you you wouldn’t think that person was a douche? this is pretty much the same.
No, I think most on here are telling you that you are a douche. Your scenario is BS, just like most of your questions, and most of your comments.
most on here? 4 people you mean? maybe 6? your still old and are unimpressive. what are your goals? to look decent before your 50. have fun with your midlife crisis
And regardless of being right about the shirted bench, you are also a douche for typing this.
And FOR FUCK’S SAKE LOOK UP THE WORDS “YOU’RE” AND “YOUR” AND LEARN THE DIFFERENCE.
AbsuM- wrote:
lol sorry my internet grammar offend your brain. everyone knows the fukn difference you imbecile but i wouldn’t waste the 2 seconds it would take to type the extra apostrophe and letter E just so you be at ease.
It takes you two extra seconds to type “you’re” instead of “your”?

20 yrs old with 60 lbs of fat, that means you will have a good hundred lbs of lard on you by the time you are my age.
As to giving up before breaking things…the only thing I keep breaking is state bench records in my weight category with USAPL and NASA. I am not too far off from the NASA National Record, so that should go down in a couple years. Move on retard fatty. You should spend less time online and more time working out if you ever hope to not be a weak fatty for the rest of your life.

Those pictures you’ve posted of yourself are pretty impressive.

How does 200lbs sound anything like 600lbs?
There are people strong enough day one in the gym to press 200lbs. It takes YEARS to work up to doing over 600lbs and no one is doing it or even unracking the weight without being stronger than 95% of the population.
The only thing douchy about this scenario is calling people names because they try something that most people could never do even if they tried.
That doesn’t make him a douche. If you had any experience moving that kind of weight, you would know the balls it takes just to get under it.
Nobody is saying Glen Russo is not amazingly strong but It looked pretty damn obvious he had no business trying to bench a grand. His 800 lb bench looked awfull.

He has posted a vid, and he has done a powerlifting meet rofl. You can’t just randomly call someone out on the assumption that they don’t have proof without even bothering to check first. Didn’t they teach cost-benefit analysis wherever you got your econ degree?
Also, do you realize that the male body doesn’t reach its strength peak until 35-45 and that there are 60 year olds who are twice as strong and three times as lean as you are?
I’m sorry dude I’m going to have to agree with the others. You’re just some 14 year old kid having some fun trolling. You come across as a colossal fool and a complete idiot. So I would just embrace the trolling angle, otherwise you’re admitting to being a dumbass. Or maybe just tell everyone you’re autistic or something I dunno. You don’t seem to be on the same wavelength with normal, intelligent people.

I don’t think you guys understand how geared powerlifting really looks with some people. It is routine for dudes to go for shirted benches ridiculously out of their league, because they are professionally good at deluding themselves and pretending they’re stronger than they really are.
They will bomb out catastrophically on bench, failing their opener three times in a row. These are guys sometimes benching 800+. You’d be surprised how strong some of these dudes are. It’s still stupid of them, and yes, it makes them a douche. Not only because they are making fools of themselves, but because it’s fucking dangerous. It’s dangerous to the spotters and to themselves. I’ve seen dudes taking weights so far out of their league they almost immediately throw it straight back in their shirt (just like the video) and nearly cave their skulls in.
When Mendy first hit his 1000, he had taken it multiple days each week in the gym for weeks. I’m not saying that’s the best way to train or peak, but that’s what he did, and I can fucking promise you guys like Tiny and Kennelly made sure they were very prepared before attempting such a feat. They didn’t always make it, and they had some bad failures, but they always had at least a chance and they weren’t just bullshitting themselves. If you haven’t gone over 800 in the gym, you have no business putting others in danger and potentially killing yourself in front of an audience trying to take 1000. I don’t care how much stronger they are than me, that’s just fact, and I think that does make them a douche.
I always wonder what life does with people who act like this in youth.
I mean, it isn’t like he won’t also one day be forty…and let’s face it, living in your mom’s basement at that age sucks.

even if he didn’t already have a vid on here, and lifts on record, his avatar LOOKS like he could bench 300+ anyway. Just such a weird call out.
