Here’s my video. 7 reps 50kg kickback.
Or for you yanks 112.5lbs.
Tricep kickbacks in the strength training section?
Uh oh…this isn’t going to end well.
I was looking at your vid and thought “Dude must be English.” Lo and behold I look under that dog and it says England.
WTF???
You are obviously strong, but I won’t comment on your form…
Kickbacks are not considered a strength movement.
Expect to be flamed.
I’m trying to decide if this was a joke or not…
This is how I responded when I read the title.
hardcore. you should enter a meet
Well,
uh, well, you did follow through. You indeed have big balls.
Whether you should have is another issue all together
bad, bad, bad form…as your brother told you but I respect you following through.

Ok, I’m game.
How much can you pussy squat (you know, quarter squat)?
How much weight can you curl in the rack?
How many sit-ups can you do on a Swiss ball?
What’s your PR on the leg extension machine.
What’s the highest number of Aerobics classes that you have attended in a single day?
What’s your favorite section of “Men’s Health” magazine?
Strongest man in the UK!
Sign me up for the next kickback contest!! I know I’m good for at least 120 for reps, LOL.

And, yeah, those are some pretty lame kickbacks.
I don’t really know what to say. The form isn’t awful. It’s not a kickback but with your mediocre form I’ll concur that you can probably do 30K with perfect tricep-kickback form. So even if what you’ve put up her isn’t perfect, it’s enough to prove me wrong.
I will also admit that, even with that form, I could not do one rep of tricep kickbacks with half that weight.
That said, I’m afraid this represents an immense waste of time on your part. You’ve probably been doing tricep kickbacks for months, if not years in order to get to this level of tricep-kickbackness. All that training could have been used to achieve something cool like a 315 close-grip bench press.
And I’m concerned about your elbows. You should be doing strict curls with 100 pound dumbbells if you’re doing tricep kickbacks with half that weight.

900 Pounds
How much weight can you curl in the rack?
135.5 (You count the clamps!)
How many sit-ups can you do on a Swiss ball?
Infinity.
What’s your PR on the leg extension machine.
225

- I didn’t participate. I just stared.

The Pro-Athlete Workouts! [Lebron James does his Dumbbell Squats on a vibrating platform. How fucking irresponsible is his trainer? It’s supposed to make him use more muscle fibers. You know what makes you use more muscle fibers? More weight!]

50kg = 110 lbs (specifically 110.23 lbs, but who’s counting, right?)
the conversion is for 1 kg, 2.20462262 lbs.
As you can see, I really like cats.

The only time you lift the weight in that video is when you pick the dumbbell up. If you watch the hand, it never moves upward. Yes, the weights on one end does, but the weights on the other go down; the center of gravity does not change (actually, it looks like it moves downward at some points, and you use your back to pull it back up). I think in order for an exercise to be called a ‘lift’, the weight has to move up (against gravity).
By the logic given by youre video, I could deadlift 1000lbs by rolling the bar forward and backward. Sure, it’s not perfect form, but the weight moved.
I’ve been flamed. Stop, stop i can’t handle it any more. I realise kickbacks are gay and i don’t use them anymore, plus the weights don’t go any heavier in my gym.
Foolishly they were my first tricep exercise for about a year but i haven’t beeen doing them for over a year as you can tell.
I suck.
I was called out and boy did i show them. I am tricep kickback king and boy am i proud.
