I’ve been flamed. Stop, stop i can’t handle it any more. I realise kickbacks are gay and i don’t use them anymore, plus the weights don’t go any heavier in my gym.
Foolishly they were my first tricep exercise for about a year but i haven’t beeen doing them for over a year as you can tell.
I suck.
I was called out and boy did i show them. I am tricep kickback king and boy am i proud.
Now you’re just making us feel bad. I’m sorry. Come on, everybody. Big cyber-hug.
I think you may have achieved a sort of fame, like the shoe guy. It’s possible that the next program posted will have 50kg tricep kickbacks in it, as homage to you.

The only time you lift the weight in that video is when you pick the dumbbell up. If you watch the hand, it never moves upward. Yes, the weights on one end does, but the weights on the other go down; the center of gravity does not change (actually, it looks like it moves downward at some points, and you use your back to pull it back up). I think in order for an exercise to be called a ‘lift’, the weight has to move up (against gravity).
By the logic given by youre video, I could deadlift 1000lbs by rolling the bar forward and backward. Sure, it’s not perfect form, but the weight moved.
Fool! he overcame inertia, and the resistance of air! Ok but seriously… what the hell made you think that swinging a 110lb DB around horizontally was going to build some muscle? Go do something usefull with it, like row or press it.

So what if the weights don’t go any higher. No disrespect intended but you clearly can’t handle how much weight you are using. You would be better off to cut the weight in half and use a full range of motion. I don’t mean to burst your bubble, most people wouldn’t be able to use that much weight either ( I know I sure as hell can’t)

Here’s my video. 7 reps 50kg kickback.
Or for you yanks 112.5lbs.
Ok, I’m game.
How much can you pussy squat (you know, quarter squat)?
How much weight can you curl in the rack?
How many sit-ups can you do on a Swiss ball?
What’s your PR on the leg extension machine.
What’s the highest number of Aerobics classes that you have attended in a single day?
What’s your favorite section of “Men’s Health” magazine?

Thanks for taking the piss. I am a lot weaker than i should be. I can only bench 110kgs or 248lbs. Can only squat 170kgs or 383lbs and recently deadlifted 180kgs or 405lbs.
But if you want me to boast i can Powercurl 80kgs or 180lbs in the squat rack for 5 reps, curl 50kg or 112.5lb dumbells for 5 reps each arm. I could go on and on. Can do bent over reverse flyes with 45kg or 100lb dumbells in each hand. Never do leg extensions but find the whole rack for reps easy. Never done aerobics in my life but i had an overweight girlfriend who used to go to them all. I am fat and find sit ups hard as i never do them. But i will occasionally read mens health. Do you want a picture of my flubby self? please say you do. I really want to show off my physique.
Basically when you say power curls, if your form is anything like your massive kickback I can only imagine. Especially since you labeled it a power curl, which while has its place, thinking of you doing it brings a smile to my face.
