I hurt my low back doing deadlift and it hurts when I do bench press, squad, deadlift and military press on the rep range of 1-5, but I don’t feel pain when I do 15-20 rep and accesories like db bench press, db military press.
What should I do, for example should I train the first exercise with high reps?
