If I wanted to enter but I weigh 280 pounds. Damn you all. It’ll take years to hit 840 on SQ and Dead.

Go off the elite chart they posted. That way you can still compete and makes it fairer.

I am friends with Josh Morris who liked the video on facebook, I also so Adrian Larsen share it.
Oh add me man if you don’t mind.
also hit 600 squat at 198 today SPF south of the border so I’ll post that up later tomorrow.
Congrats on the numbers from the meet @Reed
If you aren’t competing in @Reed’s challenge awesome. If you are awesome! Congrats on your great achievements at 18 and drug free. Also thanks for proving my point…three post in a thread: one knocking an organization’s (SPF) squat depth, one knocking OP (Reed’s) squat depth, and other poking your chest out proclaiming your accomplishments…definition of a keyboard warrior. As someone old enough to be your mom, just keep working hard, remain humble, and get better and stronger everyday. Who knows when you are 30 what level powerlifter you can become. Good luck!
^Four high fives for you glen coco. You go glen coco! ![]()
Hit 425x6 from about a half inch deficit on saturday, slowly creeping up on that 562 (I hope)
THREAD REVIVAL
I hit a 585 deadlift in the 181 class. Well above 3x bodyweight.

hopefully the link works.
Squat was 512. I’ll post that link in my log. no reason to post here since it doesn’t make the cut. It was unwrapped though, so my wrapped squat would probably exceed 3x.
Late join here. Have a ways to go for the squat. Weighing about 175-180 at the moment, might consider making a cut to 165 for my next meet or mock meet. However, at 6 ft., I’m too tall for a 165 in my opinion.
Current wrapped squat is 455ish, best is 505. Been having issues with squatting since I’ve increased deadlift volume. Still trying to balance, hoping squat returns and grows soon.
Current deadlift 520. If I cut weight I have the 3x, but sub 200 lbs 3x isn’t that great in my opinion. Will be shooting for 600+ dead and 600 wrapped squat regardless of weight within the next year.
Awesome Squat Day Again 625 for easy 4 6 weeks out. BW 208 this morning this is 625 for 4 in wraps working on the deadlift in a few weeks.
Not 3 time bodyweight but I hit 145kg (320lbs) in the 57kg weight class on Saturday for deadlift. Per USPA standards (123lbs) 56kg deadlift for international elite is 144.2kg (318lbs). That’s open. I’m 50. The standards seem pretty low for the women.

Congratulations. That’s phenomenal, O.

Thanks. I had another 5kg at least. Oh well. I’ll hit that in November. I have a video but it’s not great. My daughter took it from the rear of the venue where she was selling t-shirts ![]()

I’d still like to see it. Is that a best ever? Or a PR at that weight class?
