This link should work. It’s my best ever. I never hit that prior to cutting down to 57kg either. I think my current training of less is more is working well for my age and recovery. The video shows an excellent view of the back of someones head

I’m only sitting around master class for squat but on the cusp of elite. I’m unlikely to ever hit much higher than that though.
I still think that the women’s standards are far too low. I would qualify myself as a moderately decent local lifter.
2.88x bw for squat, so close
Deadlift was 3.34x
