Many bodybuilders go for the bald look but I don’t think it would work for him. I don’t really consider it to be a douche haircut because it’s just a haircut. I believe what makes somebody a douche is whether that person in question is in fact a douche. I do like it better than the slicked back look though. I also heard he did it to try to make his physique appear less “blocky” but I don’t see how that would work.

Its funny to talk about it being cool but lets be honest… its a super douche haircut/hairstyle
can’t wait for the olympia!
sadly, none of my friends share my liking of seeing bodybuilding or any strength sport. if you mention bodybuilding, the first things to come out of there mouth are
“steroids”
“creatine”
“super secret exercises that only they know”
it seems my generation has really lost interest with a muscular physique, as they all want the physique of the werewolf kid form twilight.(don’t know his name)

kids now a days are fucked, soft as pop tarts from sitting and playing video games and listening to fag lovin’ emo music waaa waaa waa boo hooo.
i may have been a skinny bastard but i played b-ball and football from dusk till dawn, got into fights, went to athletic camps in the summer, shoveled snow, mowed lawns, got spanked and grounded, played on sports teams where if you weren’t good enough you got cut, not a trophy.
what the fuck are we talking about…oh, the olympia.
1- Kai
2- Dex
3- Phil
4- Roelly
5- Victor (condition and leg dependent, he could swap w/ Dex)
6- Jay gets a gift at 6, he’s coming in smaller, smaller isn’t always more ripped, i think he’ll come in off.
jay was the best he’s ever looked in 09’ almost liked him, his track record makes me think he cannot get it right 2 yrs running.

You really think they’d put Jay this low, even if he did come off and smaller? Not a chance, unless he came in with 1 leg missing

Dude, you say that but you “defend” Kai like its your fucking son…
Come on.
Not everyone likes the same thing you do in bodybuilding.
I like Cutler look better than Kai’s and a lot of ppl do.
You are full of shit. You mean like how I “defend” Roelly, Vic, Freeman and everyone else I make specific threads about?
I think Kai deserves to NOT be degraded. That is all. People don’t just say they prefer the look of someone else, they say he SUCKS. They harp about a grapefruit, or call him gay despite his girlfriend. You ignore all of this and then speak out against me because I am the one asking why all of the hate?
How does that make any sense to you at all?
Are some of you really this fucking blind?
I will agree that some ppl talk shit about Kai. You do NOT defend roelly, vic, etc, you post vids of them saying they are great, etc which they are.
When people criticize Kai you DEFEND him. Its like you cant accept that some ppl wont like him, or the way he acts/acted. Im guessing thats because YOU do like the way he looks and acts and you seem to have, at times, some kind of problem when people tend to think differently from you.
Why would it matter to you if Bonez tought Kai back looked bad compared to the other top pros?
I dont see you talking shit about any bodybuilder except Cutler, why? Your brohawk comment is just as low as all the fruit fucking comments, you do realize that?
Oh and just so its clear, im not criticzing the fact that you do, as I call it, defend him, but more so the fact that you criticize the people (myself included) that likes Cutler better and think he’ll win it and love him and bla bla blan when you are doing the exact same thing with Mr. Greene.
Does that make more sense to you?
Oh btw, did the “full of shit” comment before your argument made you feel any better?

Dude, they made a fucking hairstyle by doing what most kids used to do with shampoo while playing in the tub…all while basing it off of a punk style that had actually gained respect but at least required the personal sacrifice of shaving the sides of your fucking head.
No, I do not consider a fucking BROhawk to be respectable no matter who has one.
Also, why would I need to defend Roelly when no one else is talking about how gay he is with no clue of his personal life or even anything else negative?
Cutler, aside from one year LAST year, looks like a refrigerator. He has no lines. There is no Flex Wheeler’esque flow to his body at all and everyone knows this. Therefore, how is it strange to ask why all of the love suddenly when everyone knows he won the last contest pretty much on condition alone?
You want to know who deserves way more credit? Dexter Jackson.
Even after he won an Olympia he still wasn’t promoted as much as either Ronnie or Jay.
I have a feeling Dexter is going to make some noise this year. Maybe Glass convinced him that adding some more size even if it means sacrificing a tiny bit of conditioning will get people talking about him and get the judges to notice a change.
I am also interested how Dex has improved with Glass coaching him.

I honestly didn’t know what one was till I came to this thread. T Nation teaches me so much beyond what I actually came here for.

Hm, not sure about that dude. Bodybuilding is a VERY cult sport. 99% of people’s population think it is GAY, disgusting, unhealthy etc. Also 99% of people’s population don’t have a clue about training+nutrition, and since there is competition about females, always if someone with better physique than them, say “cheater steroids creatine” etc. So you are telling him to pick his set of friends of the 1% of the population?

Epic stupidity in this post, wtf are you basing this off of, he looked awesome 8 weeks out and there aren’t really any recent full body shots of him. Just another kai nuthugger, keep on dickriding.

I do believe that is the point I’ve been making by asking why all of the Cutler love when the pics of his prep are so limited or are of him in a tank top. It means you have very little to base your opinion on other than saying “yeah, he’s still huge”.

Now I’ll preface this by saying that I have the utmost respect for your dedication to training and what you have accomplished, both personally and in helping other.
However, to go out of your way to comment on a hairstyle, in a thread dedicated to the Olympia, is beyond puerile. Now I know that you get very heated about certain topics, and enjoy a good argument, but why even waste your time on this? It just seems so ridiculous, especially for someone of your caliber and composition.
And how in the world is shaving the sides of your head a sacrifice? I kept my head shaved for the entire lacrosse season every year in college (2 years went with a Mohawk), and at no point did I ever feel like I was making a sacrifice.
The Olympia revolves around the highest pinnacles of bodybuilding, let’s focus on that, not some debate that should be taking place on the pages of People magazine.
WC7, some people are just mad, and most of their posts are to start arguments. all the time. about anything everything.

WTF. YOU brought up his hairstyle. Fucking retarded.
I see this often on this site though. Someone mentions something, I comment, and then they accuse me of bringing it up to start with.

I never accused you of bringing it up, I simply pointed out how ridiculous it was that you linked a hairstyle to respect and dedication. These men are competing at the Olympia, I don’t think there is a single ounce of question as to their strength and dedication.

I linked a hairstyle to a freaking hairstyle because YOU brought up the hairstyle. His hair doesn’t mean shit about his muscles…so why did YOU bring it up to ME?
