I think Kai is just one of the coolest BB’ers to ever come along. Future Mr. O for sure.
He’s huge. He trains intense (duh). He seems pretty mellow on camera. Great personality and when he explains his training he does it very well-- his vids are great.
I like Kai as a bodybuilder. He is defiantly my favorite at the moment. Just wait for someone stupid to come in a post about his other line of work…sigh.
I hope Kai wins the O because above all else he has a personality. He seems like a genuinely thoughtful and humble guy, and of course he is a total monster. And he mentioned listening to the Conan theme music in the car in an interview.

Well, then MODS please take note and keep these BB threads clean of that shit. They’re not meant to disparage these guys but to discuss their bodybuilding lifestyles, diets, training, etc.
They can go start a GAL thread if they must… But, I digress.
These forums are what we make them and allow them to be. Feed the trolls and they keep coming back.
I just wish when he did interview they weren’t so long winded. It seems like it takes forever for him to get to the point. Other then that I love his posing routines still believe that 'Dirty Diana" posing routine is BEST routine ever.

Out of Space by the Prodigy playing in the background, haha that’s my shit. But yea, I like Kai too. Hes hard not to like as a bodybuilder. Freaky dude.
Kai is fantastic, very humble and down to earth. Doesn’t take himself too seriously but obviously takes his training VERY seriously. I love bodybuilders like Kai, true freaks that would scare little children. In a couple of years I would say he will be unbeatable.

Add more years to that “couple of years” cause we all know Branch’s time is coming.

Doubt that. They might as well do away completely with the idea of returning back to aesthetics if that happens.
