Please note strongman is my main goal but I follow alot of westside principles.
I currently do these as a assistance exercise about every 3-4 weeks but I am wanting to really start hitting these hard. What is your opinion on performing these as the meat and potatoes of your lower ME day.
Zerchers: up to ME Triple
Step Up: 4 x 6
Hypers: 4 x 10
Abs
I think it’s a good supplemental lift on your dead lift day. The limiting factor is your arm strength in holding the bar. Since you do Strong man do you have Stones? I would say that loading stones would be a better movement for you. If you don’t hve access to stones all the time maybe consider buying an old beat up oly bar from someone and taking the sleeve off then use those bumper plates you have in your avitar to make a “stone trainer” I’ve done that and LOVED THEm, much better than Zerchers for me.
IDK about zerchers man. Lots of guys say they suck, lots love em.
I have used zerkers on ME-lift and liked it, i dont use it alot but anyway…
I think its great exercise and lower stress on body because i cant use as much weight as “normal” squats example.
ok so general consensus is to continue them as a assistance exercise. strengthdawg would the atlas trainer be considered a ME exercise or would it be a assistance as well. Because thats my big deal I am really trying to get my stones up to par. So my ME moves I wnat to use movements with the most carry over to stones.

Found this on Youtube. See for yourself if you think these would have direct carryover for you.
