This should be an interesting thread. In addition to providing some good advice with diet, training, and AAS use, your witty sense of humor provides some must needed comic relief. Especailly when you’re flaming someone lol. I think when I first joined you were going at it with some moron. Something Panda was his name I beleive. Very funny stuff.
Before and after photos would be cool to see.
Thanks mate! I’ll see if anyone I know has some chubby photos of me and I’ll try and get some current ones up so y’all can see my skinny rippedness! Haha.
I’ve always been a bit weird about photos and have never actually owned a camera, so photos of me are pretty scarce.

I started AAS too soon. I can admit that. I was 180lbs when I did my first cycle and thought I was ready as I’d added 50lbs naturally, but really I should’ve waited a little longer. Someone like Flipcollar who’s just started using but has already built an awesome physique is in a much better place than I was to really get a lot out of AAS.

Appreciate the kind words sir. Will be following this.
And fwiw, I can’t imagine front squatting an empty bar for 30 reps. I do enjoy high rep back squats from time to time though.
28 waist is deadmans land here in CO. I swear even the 30’s are too small in the but and thighs, but give me 2-3 inches extra in the waist. Whenever I find a pair that fits, I buy multiples so I have some.

I can find jeans that fit well enough, but I’ve given up on pants. When I get the waist even remotely right, the pockets and crotch area stretch like crazy, and leg tightness is an issue when I sit. In most of the dress pants I own now, I can’t bend over to tie my shoes without risking tears. I have to buy 34’s and tailor them (my waist is around 30)

Hi!
I hope you will resume posting here. The quality of the forum really suffers when you don’t. People seeming to actually be looking up to yogi was the last straw.
Not to cast any aspersions on your physique (180 pounds with lower ab veins is impressive at any height)
But I’m just curious what you mean here:

Years of 5x5 left me strong, injured and skinny.
I’ve never squatted or deadlifted 400lbs like conventional wisdom dicates you’re supposed to.
I can get more out of front squatting 80k for a set of 30 than I ever did FSing 3 plates for 5s .
I was on course for a 180K bench before…

So if my understanding is correct you were benching close to 400 pounds at 210 - your maximum weight (almost twice bodyweight at 200 pounds+ is always impressive)
following strength training and front squatting 315 pounds for a set of 5 but never ever back squatted or deadlifted 400 pounds ever.
And right now you’re front squatting your bodyweight (80kg~180pounds) for 30 reps with veins in your lower abs… like seriously. Very very impressive.
