Heya T-freques. Setting up my GVT Hams/Shoulders routine I decided that I wanted to switch things up a bit and do my Deads with my Powerblocks rather than a barbell. Goddamn! Felt the burn in my abs, pump in my bi’s and forearms, and it works the lats better than a conventional barbell dead. Revelations and Holla-luya! I suppose it is all due to the isolation of each side. G’head 'n cheque it owt. Lata.
