Heya T-freaks. Today was an “off-day” so, unable to sit still and not drunk enough to fall asleep, I worked abs and forearms, and actually came up with a kickass forearm exercise. Using dumbells, hold your arms in front of you and bent inward to the knuckles face eachother w/ palms down. Raise the weights up in a motion similar to “uncovering” a box of kittens, nuclear waste, ect. This move really nails the forearm. Have fun with it. Lata.
