I like how he struggled to do full ROM reps but somehow magically found enough strength on his last rep to rack the dumbells.

Did anyone else notice the title “1 Ton Hook Weight Lifting Hooks Barbell Shrug Demo 2.”
To me, a ton (a metric ton that is) is 1000kg, or 2204 lbs. I think he’s short a couple of 45’s (about 42 of them!).
Or did he mean he shrugged 1 ton because he did 8 reps (8 * 120kg = 960 kg, close enough).
If that’s the case then I once DL 3150 lbs, I swear I did ![]()
