That looked like quite the total body movement. He got some good shoulder and calf movement on all them repz.

In between each set, he looks around the gym to see if anyone is checkin out his bulging traps. The squatter in the background sucks as well, but at least hes trying to do legs.
what makes it worse is that he claims to be a trainer and that video is a “demonstration”.
