Come on, Csulli, I am busting out 100-105 for extensions! I like my bench tricep dominant, but damn do you need to work on your triceps. There’s something wrong when someone my size is sneaking up on your tricep strength. :wink:

If I had her testosterone levels my testicles would grow testicles. Also, aren’t box squats supposed to be a lot harder than regular straight bar squats? ;)… Especially with a camber bar (even a small cambar bar like she was using).

I don’t have much experience doing box squats, but the few times I’ve done em they’ve been easier for me than free squatting.

“Correct” as in Westside style which is essentially a double jointed leg curl. Personally, I consider any squat to a box a box squat. I’m sure most people do.

395 5x had to stop there today due to leg soreness. Hamstrings were so tight they felt like they were about to snap; didn’t want to tear anything. Pissed me off though. I didn’t think I’d be that crazy sore just from one week off. My legs shouldn’t be so fucking sore from Monday that it interferes with my deadlifts Friday. That’s just ridiculous.
