Alright my week off is over, and I’m back better than ever! I feel like a million bucks. I stretched my hamstrings and lower back out quite a bit, and my back is magically better than it’s been in as long as I can remember. Turns out it’s not okay for a human being to have hamstrings as tight as mine were. But I’m back in the gym and I feel the power overwhelming!

Squat:
45 10x
135 10x
225 5x
275 5x
315 5x beltless, easy
255 5x
255 5x
225 5x
135 10x feet about four inches apart, squatting ass to heels but only coming about 75% of the way up
135 10x same as last set

Back extensions superset with ab wheel:
3 sets of 20 back and 10 abs

I was crazy busy at work so I hardly even had time to think about it. I feel so energetic to get back to the gym though.

Not a banner bench press day, but at least I’m back in the gym. I had epic leg and ab doms which was to be expected, which contributed a little bit.

255 8x Tried to stop a couple reps short of failure like a good boy.
