185 1x I do these from the pins so I guess it’s technically like a deadpress. Pretty tough doing them like that.

same for 2 more sets
All the bicep lifting was done at a slow tempo with at least a 3 count eccentric. Rest time between curl sets and exercises was 50 seconds or less. Obviously for that kind of intensity I had to keep my weights very light. I don’t have the best muscular endurance. Gonna try biceps like that from now on; I bet it’ll be good.
315 regular: I felt way out of groove on the first rep for some reason. You can see my arm flailing trying to find the best bar path lol. The right arm which you can’t see was even worse if you can believe it.

Almost time! You seem so relaxed and at ease with this whole meet. That’s goooood. Anything special going to happen in this next week for the prep?[/quote]

Gonna weigh in on Friday (my normal morning weight right now is like 199, so that’ll be no problem).
Then I’m gonna spend all day Friday eating pop tarts and drinking Gatorade. Flawless plan. The weights will never even see it coming.

Diabetes? No doubt, no doubt…
Dude I wanna come to your meet and just do fucking curls and side laterals vigorously in the warm up room right in front of you, shit talking to pump you up.

You remember that scene from Pumping Iron where Lou is overhead pressing saying “Arnold! Arnold! Arnold!” over and over to himself?
I stay awake at night with the 40’s doing lateral raises saying “Vinny! Vinny! Vinny!” on every rep.
Wow, Csulli, I love how you trained your arms with somewhat high volume three days within a week on top of all of your dips/benching/overhead pressing. How are they feeling at this point ;)?

They were sore lol. I actually didn’t realize I had trained them that frequently haha. I did that one workout with the bb fella and then I was like “fuck that 150lb guy beating me” so I started basically training for his arm workout. Training for a workout… that’s kinda like Crossfit isn’t it…
