Working Out on an Hour of Sleep?

Ok so heres the dilly-o
last night i couldn’t sleep and fell asleep around 3:30 - 4 am… woke up around 5:30 - 6 am… and half slept until 6:30
i FEEL energized… I feel like i usually do after a days’ work but maybe just a little sluggish
I didn’t get my muscles the rest they needed really due to the lack of sleep but I wouldnt be ovetraining…
what is yer fellers’ take on this?

overtraining only takes one bad night of sleep to set in. You should pretty much quit now, youre fucked forever.

I’ve done it a million times. It’s fine as long as it’s not a regular thing. You’re not going to overtrain missing one night of sleep.

alrighty thanks for your input

It’s a lot harder to overtrain than most people think, it takes weeks of overstressing yourself. So don’t worry about it.

If you were overtrained, even due to lack of sleep, you wouldn’t feel “Energised”. Go right ahead and lift.
