Wow, thanks for reheating this post lol.

1.) I was in the Navy for 6 years and I promise you we never learned any kind of bodybuilding or training, all you do is pushups and situps. When I was on the boat I got screamed at for trying to sneak a 4th meal.

2.) look at this guy’s pics lol

 1. there was no official weight training program; just a gym on the base where they could train in their free time, using their own methods. they weren’t on a boat, so they could pig down seconds and thirds at meal time.

 2. those are old pics of me in '03, and one from '85, but i guess you didn’t look at the dates. i’ll be posting 6 month before-and-after pics in a few days, along with a blog of before-and-after stats. we’ll see what you have to say then.

on steroids, what do you think are good gains for 6 months? how about a year? how about 2 years? give us some examples. anyone care to provide some stats representative of what an average joe can gain on steroids in those time periods?

how long does it take an average guy starting with 13" arms to get 20" arms on steroids? anyone? i’m not going anywhere; i’m going to continue posting my drug-free and supplement-free results every 6 months, so some of you might as well cite some examples for comparative purposes. it would be a lot better than just sitting around talking shit.
The one good thing about some natural ass talking crap is its always on a keyboard! I’m 5’10" 245 lbs, and this is by no means huge, but guys at the gym give respect, they wouldn’t DARE say shit like this “genetic freak from Navy sperm”. They say things like, “how many more sets, are you using this?, Oh sorry, i’ll slide over to give you room!” And you want examples of where juice can take you? Go to your local Walmart, skim thru the pages of every muscle mag, and you SEE the results! Even natural comps. are filled with dirty users… But that’s not what this thread was about, it was why? We have gave our reasons, little man, now you give me ONE GOOD FUCKIN’ GODDAMN REASON WHY I SHOULDN’T JUICE, SUPPLEMENT, EAT RIGHT (which includes a protein and veggie at every meal) and you may persuade someone to “see the light!” asshole…

Uh oh, guys, is this the next Skip La Cour?!! I’m afraid, Very afraid. What if some guy who’s natural makes better progress than me? Man, this dude’s dad shoulda wore a condom, or at least used the withdraw method (like me ;)) and… Nevermind, then i wouldn’t have anyone to have a 'roid rage on!!!

I like the one of him rubbing his pussy!

OK guys, i felt compelled as Petedacook did to post some pics for this little turd… I had a MAJOR shoulder surgery in Feb 06 then again in June 06, with no working out at all! BP was 161/110, i was 230 and felt terrible. I got a digital camera from a friend for graduation and took a pic of myself (in the westside tank). I still had the stitches in. It really depressed me! The next pic is 6 weeks on protein, creatine, and Nitrix.

The 3rd pic is 3-4 months later, after doing 6 weeks of 200 mgs primo a week, then finished with 200 mgs Deca for 6 weeks. Body weight without clothes went to 245 lbs. So this little man can see what LOW DOSES of a little sauce can do…

And how exactly do you intend to prove that your results are drug-free and supplement-free?

I’m not sure if there is an average joe, Mykayl. I think that a skinny, weak pixie such as yourself would make awesome gains by eating big, lifting heavy, resting properly, and taking a little vitamin T. That said, if you trained hard, ate big, got enough sleep and didn’t take steroids your gains would be almost as good. I have seen good gravy help turn a 400 lb bencher into a 600+ bencher in a year. However, lot of that was also related to improving technique.

However, many here, myself included, had trained for many years without anabolics. I had already picked most of the low-hanging fruit metaphorically speaking, so my gains after I played the anabolic card have been modest. In my first cycle, I went from a 400 bench to a 450-ish bench in about three months. Probably more than I would have gotten anyway, but nothing like the young man I described above.

The only way to find out what the satan-sauce will do for you is to give it a try.

I’m sure we do not have to worry about that

Mykayl:
No one here seems to be talking shit, you were the first to post some bs:
personally, i think roids are for pussies who don’t know how to train properly

i don’t take roids, and i quit taking aminos a decade ago
You may also have a neural defecit in your forebrain.

His posts are a joke.

Why do people take supplements? Most people take supplements for recovery time and build muscle quicker. The diff. is juice is illegal. if you wanna take em that’s your business unless your an athlete when their banned.

hey, you’re funny. but not that funny…

by average joe, i mean high muscular endurance hard gainer. i.e., 90% of the general population. you know; the low hanging fruits like yourself.

those are old pics. you’ll see some before and after pics and a stats blog in my profile late tomorrow night (i’m still working on my sexy poses). i didn’t know skinny pixies wore 2XL’s. hmmm; i guess that would make you a big fairy? i think your fencing skills are lacking; you might want to practice a little more.

some annoying little insect said something in this thread about gaining 15 pounds in 5 months on sauce. i had serious health problems getting in my way, but i still managed to keep 30 of the 60 pounds i gained in the 6 months i trained. hmmm; i guess he must have been talking about apple sauce…

i don’t have a bench right now, but my bent row has gone from 50 pounds to 200 in that time (yeah, i’m weak for my size; that’s what i get for having a disease that causes nerve damage). so i guess that would make 200 pounds on bench in a year a result of method rather than drugs.

i added that much to the bar in a year the first time i tried this program, back in '96. not quite as much as your 200+ friend, but i guess the 150 pounds added to my bent row in 6 months qualifies as an improvement over this magic sauce you keep chiming about.

satan-sauce? dude, in case you haven’t read some of the flames in the Mykayl’s Program thread, I’M satan. the devil don’t need no sauce.

Quit makin’ excuses you little Micheal Jackson wanna be mutha fucka! It’s “nerve degeneration, or my skin turned pasty white, all my friends call me a cracker.” You little asshole, you ain’t a cracker, your one of the Keebler Elves making the goddamned crackers! Shit, BO rows, who gives a fuck! Who’s the dude behind ya while you’re bent over…

And for the last time, why in the fuck are you posting shit in the steroid threads? Go to Body-for-life.com. You may find your true calling there with all the other sad story having bitches… Shit, I guess roid rages do happen! Nah, I just don’t like a wigger who uses a flying rat as his online pic…PUSSY!

Oh, and if you were commenting on my 15 lb. weight gain, weght gain wasn’t my goal! I train for strength and the cosmetic side, the weight gain was merely a side effect that I embraced, like you embrace other men! Look Tubby, Like I said before, BRING IT, DON’T SING IT!

I know ur sitting there whacking off to all this, and ur probably using “Photoshop” to copy and paste your fat head on some guy’s body, that’s why it’s taking you so long to post! It took me 2 minutes to plug in my digital and put up pics. HOMO!

This is taken from mykayls profile oh and check out his blog its awesome. Hes getting some metal weights soon cos he outgrew his plastic set.

“my best year was '96, when i hit my all-time record of a 56” chest and 20" arms, to have it all taken away when i got run over in a crosswalk."

Some how I dont think you would ever have or even be able to get that close to the Oaks measurements. Most on this site would be lucky.
Look you clearly have no idea what u r on about or doing and to claim a 56" chest is just fucking beyond.
Look most are delusional when it comes to body image.

Ask most guys in their late 40’s and they’ll have some crap about they had a six pack or when they were huge but you have exactly no idea what any of this is about. If your claims are true then hold the press but I sincerely doubt any of your claims with the exception of your condition are true. Heres why I believe you have porphyria. Found it here

http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/porphyria/index.htm

But the short version is
“Symptoms of acute porphyria include pain in the chest, … and personality changes or mental disorders.”

Quit the bullshit-please

Next time we hear frrom mykayl it had better be in performance and physique

Hey guys, I think Mykayls cat has been on Deca.

Maybe its trying to bulk up like its master eh Mykayl, or can i just call you milk way lol.

What would you do if you found your own cat had been at your secret stash of steroids?

Look mate, the the point is if your gona come on this site and post rubbish, stupid remarks then EXPECT THE SAME BACK.

You get back what you put out. No offense like im trying to help you!!!

I will be the first to admit i have juiced but to say it is cheating surely makes you a hypercrite.

Look at it like this, every where in society there are people drinking alcohol and smoking. They are both drugs and are both potentially life threatening. Drinking makes you act in a way you never would when sober and has caused some nasty accidents. People usually smoke to aviate stress.

My point is that we all do things that are either un-natural or dangerous so why the fuss over steroids? I just think the whole argument is a little childish given that most of us are fully grown men. With this in mind how do you think everyone would cope if Alcohol and Tobacco were completely taken away and no longer available…

While youre thinking about that, think about this…I train purely for fun, right now its the only thing i truly enjoy. Ok, iv experimented with steroids but thats part of the fun for me.

Im fascinated by body building and im sure others will agree. Whats the harm if im enjoying myself? Im not a big drinker and i dont take other drugs like pills, coke etc. Im doing something i enjoy.

Its not like i ever want to compete, heck its not even like i go to the gym to be competitive. I go to front people or to try and better anyone, i go because i enjoy training and get alot out of it on a personal level also.

I dont know what the big problem with roids is, used properly they are no more dangerous than any other drug. Like my grandad says, “Drugs dont kill people, Idiots kill themselves.”

Those that condemn them are just hypercrites. I’ll be training well into my 50’s even if it means having to juggle responsibilities such as a wife and kids.

I started taking steroids when I was around 26 years old after 6 or so years of natural training…I felt at this point I had just about reached my genetic potential and wanting to be a competitive BB’r, I began to cycle. I have pretty much achieved my goals as I have competed in numerous shows with decent placings and am a trainer and Gym owner.

I love my wife and kids and continue to cycle and compete to this day…I will be 50 y/o in May and have been juicing for 24 years with little or no sides, and to this day I look and feel like I am still in my early 30’s…That’s why I take aas and will continue to take aas (and GH) till I can no longer inject or swallow a pill

Mykayl,

Can I just say that the shear sight of you makes me wanna eat a whole chicken, shoot 400mgs of test and then make my self sick in the gym doing heavy deadlifts. I really cant understand why you have made those stupid posts or why you even bothered. I’m guessing your a lonner living in his parents house (pic would suggest so).

However in some ways I’m glad you posted that shit because the guys that read it were smart enough to see through it and expose you. Now everybody here knows what you are, and there mocking the shit out of you, which I have to say is absolutly brilliant and funny as hell.

Btw if you ever want to try the roids PM me and I’ll send you a 10ml syringe and some insulin.
