Hey, i’ve heard from a lot of people that whole milk is good for mass. Why is this? From what i’ve read and heard, it’s bad to ingest sugar and fat in the same meal. Whole milk definitely has sugar and fat.
mass is a very vague word. whole milk will add more “mass” probably because its more calorie dense.
Should this be in nutrition?
Milk is easy to digest (for most people), and has useful protein and fats so for many it represents a good liquid meal despite the sugary carbs. Way back a large number of bodybuilders drank whole milk and heavy cream mixed and gained muscular weight on that (well, and the steak and eggs that is!)
Exactly its dense liquid easy. Just think what its purpose is to feed a growing baby animal. Maybe not great in large amount for those who gain easy but skinny ppl whom have a hard time eating enough to gain good stuff

I never gained more MASS as fast as when I was drinking 1/2 gallon of RAW WHOLE MILK everyday… mmmmm I would love to drink a pint of RAW milk right now straight outa the glass.
Stupid diets, can’t wait for this to be over and my push to 231 to be on I can tell you I will be drinking plenty of RAW whole milk than.
