Benching 300, Squatting 400 and Deadlifting 500, all raw, at the end of this year.

This is within the next 2 years:

Do ironman triathlon.

5 pullups of 7 sets with 100 pounds extra
Same with dips (but 3 sets).

Being able to lift 100 pounds while keeping my arms and body completely straight.

Squat 300 pounds (no idea how much i can squat now)
Dead lift 300 pounds.

Those are my main goals.

New Goals:

*Preventing Double sided tape from meeting Cheetah
*Neutralizing dez6485 immediately
*Meet Cheetah AND Buckeye girl
*Lift weights between my schemes of silencing Double sided tape and dez6485

Ah what the hell. I’m gonna be back to snatching 300lb here soon, and that’s gonna go with a 400lb clean&jerk. After that, its on to a 350lb snatch and a 450lb C&J. Those secondary lifts most likely will take me until '09 to hit, but you never know. I also am going to beat Dr.PowerClean’s best powerclean and nail a 200kg lift there too.

My main goals for 2008 are a sub 11 second 100m and a 35 inch standing vert.

My goals in the gym are a 170kg deadlift (currently 130x3), 140kg squat (110), 85kg strict standing press (70), 60kg weighted chinup (40) and a 100kg power clean.

I also hope to close a COC #3 gripper by the end of the year. Currently I can close the #2 for a single rep.

End of highschool goals:
225/315+ bench
315/405+ squat
315/405+ Deadlift

minimum/what i prefer (thats the format)

I bet ppl are gonna get like 2000lb benches in the future, so cant really have a lifelong goal. Probably try to reach my genetic potential

I just started Oly lifting 2-3 months ago. My coach and i have busy schedules so we have had a bunch of 1-2 lift days a week. We got it all lined up now and i should be going 3 times a week till end of May which is going to be my first competition. I am hoping at 80kg to

C&J 90kg

I am well aware these are weak numbers. BTW going from strength training to oly lifting is a very humbling experience. Being strong doesn’t mean a whole lot if you can’t use it effectivly.

My Close-Grip Max is 225 and the next time I max my Incline it should be 225 or 215. My best DB Presses are 100X7 on flat and two weeks later 95X8 on incline. But when I tried to max for bench, I was feeling unusually shitty/unmotivated/not fired up so I missed 245. But I’ve gotten 275 on a Pin Press from a dead stop about 3 inches from my chest. No that it counts or anything.

I’ve box squatted 315X10 and then 335X3 the very next set. I’m sure I can go heavier. I’ve also Zercher squatted 385 and I’m sure 405 is right around the corner. I’ve free squatted 425 and 405X3 with knee wraps but the depth was questionable, so I’m sticking to box squats just so I know I can’t cheat.

My deadlift is only 405X5 but my below-knee rack pulls are 455X8 easy and then 500 for a max. But my rack pull #'s quickly become what I’m pulling off the floor, so I expect the deadlift to improve quickly.

Beat the my high school’s football record of a 285 pound clean. Right now I have the highest clean out of all the freshmen, but that is nothing right now. I am 100 pounds away, but if I keep working on it, I may be able to get it.

Also, by the time I graduate, I would like to get a 295+ lb bench and a 405+ lb squat.

Also, my short term goals (by the end of August) are:

225+ lb bench (current 190-195)
205+ lb clean (current 185)
315+ lb squat (current 285-290)

(Those goals do not really seem that unrealistic, but it may be hard since football takes about 3-4 months out of the year where I cannot work out.)

get my deadlift and squat at least 150lbs more then my bench

Basically just keep at it, and I’m aiming to have a Class I total at 165lbs. So about 1068lbs weighing 165lbs.

600 deadlift at 200 or less. I missed it last night. Bodyweight was 196 in the am.

Read more about working out in-season to at least maintain.
