Ok, on another post (the George Foreman grill in the UK one), I posted about wanting to know where I could buy bottled flax, fish (not cod liver), and/or Udo’s oil in the UK. Had a couple of suggestions, but would definately welcome more. So I thought why not post to my fellow t-men and t-vixens and try to find out where the following foods could be purchased in the UK - flax bread, non-fat cottage cheese and fat-free cheese. Also, what about a good brand of muesli? Thanks guys, Jonathan
Damn…you can’t find fat free cheese and cottage cheese in the UK. that place must blow!
have u tried supermarkets i don’t mean to sound rude but they carry better stuff than you would imagine if you look hard enough for it also what about health food stores such as GNC and Holland and Barret.BY the way holland and barret have a sale on up to the 12th of this month so now would be a good time to stock up.
