Whats up T-Nation? I have done a search for this and it doesnt appear to of been posted. Because Biotest is super expensive to the uk I have found a really good all round supplement which is packed full of goodness and has given me some great results.
Its by a company called Phd and it tastes great, just wondering if anyone else has heard of it?

oh crap the words Monster and supplements just turn me so on.
I use PhD Nutrition Whey and have been pleased with it in terms of taste, value and ease of mixing. I can’t comment on how ‘good’ a protein powder it is as I am new to all this.
I add Superfood, and Creatine to it and so far so good, but it is early days yet.
On a side note, anyone know where to get Greens + in the UK?
Why use greens+ if you are using Superfood?
