Where is Chad Waterbury Anyway?

Well, that’s part of my dilemma. It’s not like I think Chad Waterbury, or anybody else for that matter, is the second coming. I can just either do 3 days fullbody for about an hour or 4 days split for about 45 mins. I’ll check your thread. I have a pretty good work/fitness level so I may be able to condense some stuff into a shorter duration.
