Day 1: arms

Day 3: off
Day 4: chest/back
Day 5: off
I was going to add deads on leg day but it is too much for my lower back. Should I do them on chest/back day?
Thanks

If you do SLDL’s, do them on leg day…
deadlifts should be done on leg day.

do you train shoulders?
