This is mine for a quick breakfast when I wake up at 9:30pm for my 10pm-7am shift.
240ml of 2% milk (130 calories)
4 large eggs (280 calories)
1 scoop of banana flavored whey isolate (120 calories)
something like 40+ grams of protein.
This is more for convenience than for taste. I suck at eating when I wake up. I want to throw everything up. This keeps it light but still enough calories to carry me for an hour and a half before I take my lunch.
Whey (I use unflavoured)
Milk
Heavy cream
Peanut butter (natural is always better)
Banana
1 squirt chocolate Nesquick (“Quick”)
Combine in a blender/magic bullet in whichever proportions you have the taste for. If I don’t have the taste for chocolate, I’ll use honey instead of Quick.
Hey guise, i have a question. I have a bad habit of waking up late and having to get ready in a hurry and sometimes all i have time for is a shake, which sucks because i love eggs and since i started eating whole eggs again i have a lot more energy and feel much better.
Would it be safe to put uncooked whole eggs into my current breakfast shake?

YES absolutely one hundred percent nothing wrong with raw eggs. As advised above get some good organic free range ones. SAFE. (if you’re super paranoid rinse off the shells thats actually where the salmonella usually comes from)

2 scoops vanilla whey iso
2tablespoons evoo
1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2cup cocconut pinapple juice
Handful of ice cubes
Tastes like a pina colada
want less calories drop the milk in place of more almond milk and drop the evoo[/quote]
Nice. What about coconut oil instead of evoo?..since we’re going for pina colada theme
One scoop Vanilla Whey
One scoop Glutamine Peptide
One scoop Creatine Monohydrate
One scoop Fiber
A nice dash of CLA
a nice dash of Omega 3
a bigger dash of Water
WWow thats funny you mention that bc I literally just finished a shake with coconut oil in it instead of evoo. I melted down a huge tablespoon of it and tossed it in then blended it all up.Fuckin Delicious! The coconut oil actualu hardens back up to a solid so there where lil flakes of coconut fat in there.MMMmmmm:-)
